The form that depict the status of the Proprietorship as of 12/31/2011, which will be transmitted (mailed) back to the State to officially document it, is shown on the Conservery Page. However, to ensure that there is no misunderstanding that the intent of this submittal is permanent closure, (especially since the Form has been configured to allow for easy reinstatement); THIS UPDATED FORM (SHOWN) IS WHAT WILL BE MAILED TO THE STATE. In addition, the only on-going activities that remain are wrapping-up/packing for relocation out-of-State PERMANENTLY, as well as other relocation activities and the exact initial destination will be indicated appropriately. In the interim, the proprietorship’s basis will be covered by the Federal Permit shown on the Conservery Page. - 12/31/2011 as updated 1/1/2012

CURRENT PLANS FOR MOVING ON

My on-going divorce proceedings are well under way and apparently, hopefully moving towards completion. In addition, I have received the annual State Tax and Use business form for Conservery for resubmittal to the State by 1/31/2011. I have NO plans to show Conservery operations in Iowa going forward when the form is mailed back to the State. In the meantime, I am also evaluating temporary (short-term) housing locations/arrangements for me until my business relocation affairs are fully implemented as I cannot remain here (at the current office/residence location), because the tenseness of the state of the (divorce) proceedings are such that it is better for me to be removed and it is just the best thing overall; especially starting off the New Year. All my belongings are packed mostly, except for my clothes and other absolute essentials. If anyone is aware of any short-term locations (outside Iowa) that I can utilize, please pass them on, as I am open to suggestions. Thanks in advance for any recommendations. – 12/31/2011

THE "CHARACTER" OF THE VIRTUAL SOCIETY REVEALED - UPDATED

How can you tell if you are respected,
In this “sociall-media” “virtual” society, where relationships are selected?
Where individuals can be “virtually” reborn at will,
Into anyone desired as long as they can "pay" the bill.
Like “snake-oil” salesmen of the past,
Where events can be arranged even though vast.
Even if multi-state collaboration is needed,
These “free loaders” of society can ensure that it’s heeded.
Like owls they operate and bring about whatever, as seeded.
When your polite requests are repeatedly ignored, insistently,
Showing contempt for your ability to “even” form opinions, consistently,
And every conceivable avenue is employed,
To manipulate and dictate in their efforts to ensure subterfuge is deployed.
In reality, on-going efforts are needed to shore-up foundations made of sand,
Because in their “virtual” society, anyone can play in the band,
Since the only criterion is absolute loyalty,
To be transformed from distress and treated like "royalty".
THEREFORE IN THE FINAL ANALYSIS, IT DOESN’T MATTER IF YOU ARE RESPECTED BY THESE “VIRTUAL" IMPOSTORS,
FOR IT WILL ONLY BE A SIGN THAT YOU HAVE BECOME A MEMBER OF THE "WHATEVER WORKS" CLUB OF “DICTATORS”!

TYPICAL EXAMPLE OF REASONS FOR EXCLUDING LOCATION(S) FROM CONSIDERATION

I have learned from my experiences not to take developments for granted especially coincidences. Therefore, when I was delayed at my then place of employment on the morning of January 24, 2001, (the day prior to the scheduled trip to Trinidad), where I had stopped by to visit; only leaves me to question the subsequent events that occurred. I had only one other scheduled event that day, dropping off my then vehicle, a blue 1999 Expedition (shown in this 2001 Purchase Agreement below as the trade-in vehicle),

for front-end, bodywork type repairs. The rental obtained was a Windstar minivan that was supposed to be dropped off at the airport the following day.
It was while on the way back home that the “accident” occurred on Route 64 about 5 miles east of Anamosa, and a short distance from the turn off for 140th Avenue, (which is approximately 7 miles east of Anamosa).

This unusual combination that involved a Volkswagon Jetta owned by Johanna A. Brigham, whose then address was 4327 Indipipe, LP#D-414D, Olympia, WA 98505 (in, which she was an occupant), but driven by “stunt” driver Raymond J. Towle of 717 Dickinson Street, Madison, WI 53703 that slammed into the rental and totaled it. We miraculously escaped injury and the scheduled trip went ahead as planned, but with another rental having to be obtained (see trip memorabilia below) .

This significant (in my opinion) intra-State “collaboration” that led these individuals to be in the appropriate location at the opportune time, which includes the timely delay at my then place of employment, leaves too many unanswered questions for me to associate the Proprietorship with any of the locations involved (for the obvious reasons).

MISDIRECTING THE SELECTING PROCESS

Misdirecting legitimate email communication,
Is not the avenue for achieving validation,
For locations rejected because of complication,
Involving the use of duplicity,
And showing blatant disregard for actuality.
Furthermore, the promoting of questionable candidates;
Who give support to virtual degenerates,
Is not the path to impose,
A plan that could not be less grandiose.
We all have choices to make, and bad decisions will not be vindicated,
By using Conservery as a hostage, to be syndicated,
In a world that is supposed to be respectful,
Of diversity and gender equality, especially when you are supposed to be bountiful.
And only using selective “ready-made” appearances,
To give the impression that such objectives are included in tolerances.
These actions are similar to those who don’t believe in freedom,
But only give the facade of such a kingdom.
How can we really talk of freedom really?
When all the candidates save 1 are vaguely,
From the same camp definitely!
And polls are manipulated certainly,
To bring about predetermined selections,
In a world of pseudo elections.
For when the choices are certainly restricted,
And all roads to the process are constricted,
To ensure that the result is guarded;
There can only be an outcome that’s tailor-made,
For an individual who has already become _______ (fill in the blank).

ANOTHER UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCE OF HAVING A "VIRTUAL" IDENTITY

There are those who either aren’t aware of all the details associated with identity mangling or don’t care that everything comes with unintended consequences. For example, the individuals using their “virtual identities” in my family name, thinking that just because my Mother and Father had birth years of a certain period, being approximately three years (3) apart and just around or prior to World War 1 (WW1); assumed them to be their parents without realizing that my parents married older because he went off to “seek his fortune” as mentioned in the post A TRIBUTE TO MY MOTHER and she waited for his return. Neither of them had offspring outside their marriage, even though my father’s ancestry included this practice. Therefore those (seventy somethings and others) hiding behind my parents identities because off their birth years should remember that we are not all alike and have to make choices that determine our direction in life. This is another of the dangers of assuming “virtual” identities; all the various scenarios have the potential to “pop up” and expose your fakery and the usual practice of spending ill-gotten finances (in assumed identities), cannot cover-up the facts you are always attempting to bury.

A DEDICATION TO THOSE WHO DON’T BELIEVE IN CHOICES

Some individuals are of the opinion,

that choice should only be their dominion;

to manipulate, and restrict at will, 

in an attempt to ensure that others are controlled and treated like toys for their desires to fulfill.

Using every angle and scheme in the legal book,

attempting to play selfish games with pleadings that overlook,

how their actions mangle the affairs of others like a lifeless hook.

However, there comes a time, when the angles are rescued from certain collapse;

Like an offspring doe pluck from the schemes of those suffering from the hunters relapse,

of those who hide behind underlings to implement similar devious ploys.

For them to give an “air” of superiority regarding such toys.

HOW REASSURING IT IS TO KNOW THAT WE ARE NOT ALL ALIKE,

EVEN GIVEN, IF NEEDED TO RIDING A BIKE;

ONLY PRETENDING BEFORE ADORING MASSES, 

TO HOP, SKIP AND JUMP AS WELL AS EVEN FEIGNING A TEAR, ONLY WHEN THE CAMERA PASSES.

A TRIBUTE TO MY LATE MOTHER (EDITED AND UPDATED 2/25 & 7/5/2013) in addition to 11/13/2015!

For those who are unaware, today is my birth date, as I was born on Tuesday December 23, 1952. While contemplating how best to Blog this day, I concluded that there was no better way than to devote it to my late Mother (shown here, and done today instead of on the traditional Mother’s

 







 



Day and that would not have surprised her in the least about the third of her THREE (3) ONLY surviving children, (this hobby Blogger) as documented in the post SUMMARY OF HIDDEN DANGERS/UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES AND OTHER ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH HAVING "VIRTUAL" IDENTITIES - UPDATED. The purpose of this Post is to take a snapshot of a few moments in time to show how her decisions either influenced or altered my life in one way or another.

She was born Ina Elise Sobers on September 13, 1913, into a male dominated family of half brothers as documented in the post THE TRUTH VERSUS FABRICATION ABOUT MY LATE MOTHERS LIFE, FOR THE RECORD - UPDATED. My late Mother was the only girl growing up as her older sister, with whom she shared full heritage, Ivy (the oldest of her Mother's offspring was on her own); therefore it was my late Mother and her four (4) half brothers (Chris, Edgar, Hillary & Oliver), who grew up together, and her heritage INCLUDED ZERO ASIAN ANCESTRAL CONNECTIONS as previously referenced in the post THE TRUTH VERSUS FABRICATION ABOUT MY LATE MOTHERS LIFE, FOR THE RECORD - UPDATED. She married late in life as she awaited my father’s return who had promised to marry her on his return from abroad, “seeking his fortune” (so to speak). My father (the late James Francis Brazant) too was unique in his own way, because he kept his promised word after traveling to the US & Panama sometimes working in various labor encampments. As I would hear from one individual who had traveled with him who would always inform me at every opportunity how my Dad would remain in the camp when all the others would be out on week-ends having a “good” time (including the individual who informed me at every chance); my Father would remain and read he stated (because he was saving his money for a specific purpose). While my Dad never talked a great deal about the encampments, he spoke often of his work at Botany 500. On returning home to Barbados, he married my Mother as promised, bought our family residence and opened the family grocery store on a portion of the lower level. My mother operated the store, later with my evening, weekday and weekend assistance. All three (3) of their living children were born at that Chapel Street, St. Peter, Barbados residence. The oldest child, a girl, was a stillbirth, (probably due to her over-exertion during the early years of establishing the store). Maybe this is what led my Dad & Mom to ensure that she had the able assistance of a “nanny”, Rose who was around for as long as I can remember, being the youngest and assisted with everything such that she was like a member of the family.

Once the store was established my Dad wanted to expand the store at its location next to the Methodist church & build a new family residence elsewhere and turn the entire location into a supermarket. Knowing my mother, he even took the initiative and purchased the lot as an inducement, but she adamantly refused to move & he later had to sell that lot but bought another where she cultivated her garden that she kept busy at long after the store closed. If it could be planted, my mother grew it. That decision by my Mother not to relocate probably set the course for my life’s decisions, because had he expanded as he wanted, I do not believe that I would have left later to pursue my educational advancement. I believe that I would have ended up operating it instead of closing it later due to disinterest by anyone as we were all working. Later, however, my brother would become a full-time student to pursue his undergraduate studies in the sciences at Cave Hill in Barbados & I would follow-suit years later (in the US).

My Mother’s reasoning for not relocating (bless her heart) was that in a supermarket arrangement, she would loose control of the day-to-day management, (while my Father carried out the behind the scenes activities needed to maintain operations & she was not counting on his assistance); He would pass away in 1971. The other event that comes to mind about my late Mother (who herself passed away on September 29, 1991, approximately 3 months after relocating to Iowa); was an incident, which she thought defined me as an individual but, which she kept and shared years after its occurrence. The occasion was the first visit of a Jumbo Jet to the then Seawell International airport on the island (circa 1975). As a Customs Officer I was stationed at the Airport on shift duty and one Sunday on my day off I decided to take my mother and a friend of hers, Sylvia Yearwood to see the plane. We lived on the northwest side of the island, St. Peter and the airport is on the southeast side and while traveling with other vehicles routinely overtaking us in a dash to see the plane, she finally said, Fran, look everyone is passing us by, I replied, “let them go, we will get there”. My Mother & her friend thought that was such a character defining moment that she would repeat it years later & I would never forget it.

This brief snapshot is intended to show how defining moments help shape our characters (especially if you have chosen to live your own life and not the “virtual” life of another). My mother’s decisions did alter and/or define the person I am today and that is my tribute to her, may she rest in peace. 

CONSERVERY INDEPENDENT POLITICAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK/GUARANTEE POLICY SUMMARIZED & OTHER CONSIDERATIONS (EDITED - 1/14/2013)

As a result, it is my hope that all the various campaign representatives a and the “virtual” impostors who are repeatedly calling the land line at my current residence while merely using this number illegally to “bounce” off while conveying the appearance of legitimacy to the various campaigns because of their “well connected” support, which has a “real” problem with respecting the rights and property of others; understand that this is NO guarantee of success, regardless of whom is offering support to whose campaign, assuring others that the “virtual” imposters are legitimate. The Guidelines above are followed and all persons are expected to respect them, from the greatest to the least.

When you are accustomed to having things your way,

AN EXAMPLE OF RECONCILIATION - UPDATED 10/3/2014 & 7/21 & 7/22/2015



This posting was intended to be a comment to THOUGHTS ABOUT DECISIONS AND BUSINESS DIRECTION but the included links and the subject matter required that it be stand-alone Post. For those who don’t understand how reconciliation works, please take note:
Weeks before the Optimization plan was implemented at my former pIace of employment, the DAEC, Palo, nuclear plant, a salary incremental plan was rolled out, which showed that my salary would have been averaging approximately $70,000.00 annually (that is in 2001/02 dollars).
The indicated Optimization Plan that was implemented shortly after the "Roll-Out" and targeted me (in my opinion, shown below), because even though it was documented as being carried out Departmental-wide it was curtailed after targeting the (Program) Section where I worked only.
This Organization (the Operators/Owners) of the DAEC, proceeded to “imprison” me financially and implement an identity-switching plan (that had been in progress for some time), as their means to achieve it.
Without taking inflation, bonuses, (which I never accepted, example shown below) into account, the approximate 11 years I was “wrongfully-terminated” (or Optimized) is worth approximately $70,000.00 x 12 = $840,000.00 - $44,000.00 (the approximate “amount received" as part of their Lay-off Package), = $796,000.00 (AND NOT EVEN INCLUDING INCREASES THAT I WOULD HAVE GAINED OVER THE YEARS), in addition to a letter of explanation with wording agreeable to both parties.

That is what it would take for me to even consider working with anyone associated with my former place of employment (or to level the playing field so to speak). That is reconciliation and it brings no guarantees that any form of cooperation will occur, only that I will consider it.
Apart from that, NOTHING will give their “virtual” impostors legitimacy in my Proprietorship, including attempting to hide behind: 1) my “personal” - choices to give the appearance of politicization, 2) my estranged spouse's identity as being born a Brazant instead of being a Brazant by marriage, in an attempt to use education to subtly connect and 3) manipulating members of my “family” including any of my adult children.

IT’S IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO PUBLISH ANYTHING in your assumed “virtual” identity.

WHEN DOES THE ABSENCE OF SOCIAL ETHICS IN TODAY’S BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT INTERSECT WITH THE VIRTUAL SOCIETY?

When those in charge of various entities want to flaunt & apparently convey to the individual they are infringing upon (in this instance me), that their "virtual" impostors, hiding behind my identity are to accepted by me as legitimate (as others are doing; in this post that was intended to be a comment to The Absence of Social Ethics in Today's Business Environment, but deserves a posting of its own). They did this by sending me communication in this manner (shown in the file below), implying that two (2) James Brazant's live at my address. It is obvious why this is being done, because I am the only James (F.) Brazant who ever lived at this address, so they are attempting to capitalize on my residence since 1992 while trying at the same time to provide legitimacy to their "virtual" impostors by hiding behind my existence.

I took this opportunity to tweet (included below), the organization on 11/23/2011 informing them that only one (1) James Brazant lives at this address, while requesting that my name & address be removed from their mailing list. 





The Dish Network organizati​on appears to have individual​s associated with it who have either been misinforme​d or are of the opinion that the matter of identity switching/​manipulati​ng is so humorous that it is worth documentin​g in useless mailings. I hope that they are correctly informed that only ONE James Brazant EVER LIVED AT THE ADDRESS USED (8263 140th Ave, Olin, IA 52320-7708​), & my middle initial is “F”. – 11/23/2011

A FRESH START - FORWARD LOOKING

To the future, not the past. I don't listen to gossip, but believe individuals should be given the opportunity if I so choose; sometimes this point-of-view works & on others, it does not!

  

A FRESH START – NOT LOOKING BACK

I will not go down that road again,

To place myself in a situation to cause me pain,

In different ways, for the benefit of anyone’s gain.

Relationships are complicated enough,

Without seeking any lady who knows only too well how to bluff.   

Including anyone who also feign wishes;

Only for the purpose of bringing about stitches,

And to cover-up involvement,

In a complex compartment.

So this is adieu, for something that never was intended,

Because experience has thought me that “virtual” relationships are not to be befriended.

P.S. – My Reason

Remember, exacting your “pound of flesh” can be costly,

Even if you have valid reasons to be dastardly.

It can also imprison you to a lonely life,

And constant strife; 

Especially if you choose to maintain a certain “label”,

Without, which no other individual can truly become able.

Remember the lesson from my situation,

From those who imprisoned me in a financial station.

When another is imprisoned for your advantage,

You will also become imprisoned to that individual as a hostage.

And in this I can see no “virtual” clear direction,

To stick around for, that will ultimately lead to satisfaction.
Because that certain label offers an appeal,
And it is such an easy "steal".
However, it carries a heavy price,
In terms of a happy life, with traditional rice!

How many of those in positions of authority/high profile can actuaIly point to memorabilia from their school years? In these days when qualifications and even identities can be borrowed from others (who are treated with contempt for sounding the alarm), how many of those in leadership positions can actually point to memorabilia from their years at school, which is actually theirs & not "doctored"? In doing a search of old videos, I discovered this vintage video of the Secretary from her days at Wellesley (shown below with the caption, "HR(C) 1969 Commencement Speech"). How many others can point to such memorabilia? In my opinion, there appears to be a "cottage industry" of "high profile" individuals who only have "virtual qualifications", that is, obtained without attending school themselves, but who are provided with qualifications belonging to others, (alive or deceased) in exchange for total loyalty. I stumbled unto this scenario because of the identity-related issues encountered as documented in postings, “IDENTITY SWITCHING OVER YEARS COMPACTED FOR THE RECORD” & MISREPRESENTATION/FRAUD ON/OFF LINE – A SYMPTOM OF “WEB” ADVANCES.
In describing “memorabilia” I am NOT referring to degrees, which can be “purchased” for the right price/contribution. Instead I am referring the supporting data to back-up qualifications “earned”. These individuals who have questionable qualifications in this subculture are in turn placed in very high profile positions to avoid “exposure”, because in such positions you can be assured of protection and support from others who achieve this level of attainment, (who may also have suspect qualifications, so in effect “they are circling wagons” to protect each other). In addition, these individuals are given every available award under the sun and/or are placed on “volumes” of corporate boards to cover up theirs or another’s failings, whom they may be protecting (in the case of the “window dresser” who is protecting impostors & other corporate questionable ethical activity).
Personally, I can point to memorabilia from my years at school [SHOWN BELOW IN (2) FILES], first at TCI and then my transfer to Pratt Institute from 1978 through 1981, but maybe I am an exception because of my record-keeping habit. My credit requirements were completed in three (3) years because of the manner in, which they were carried out including attending summer school. I am personally aware of one “identity dodger” who was given Ellis Island & Horatio Algee awards towards the end of the 20^th century & who subtly mentioned in an article that he also achieved his degree in electrical engineering in three (3) years & after this the merger finally was worked out. I wonder whose degree he was using to “pad” his qualifications with (because I do not believe in coincidences)? My other concern with these “virtual leaders" is since they are impostors, who receives their documented salaries/bonuses, because the corporations do NOT have to pay these frauds, making this a “windfall” for the organizations to keep these reportedly “high” salaries/bonuses. It’s a system worth protecting, at any lengths. Is our “virtual” society more believable, what do you think? If this Blog does nothing more than expose this “underground” (or cottage) industry in “virtual” qualifications then my experiences would have been worth it.

Memorabilia From My Years of Attendance At TCI & Pratt Institute From 1978 - 1981. 

 This file contains additional memorabili​a from my school attendance​, which documented my transition​al address 2425 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, (this was the address of my senior Lecturer, the late Mr. Abelew who encouraged me to complete my undergradu​ate studies & remain at his & his adopted Jamaican daughter’s weekday residence if needed to convince my family in Barbados that it was worth the effort so I did.) It was there that applicatio​ns were made at Brooklyn Polytechni​c @ Pratt & where all applicable arrangemen​ts were carried out to ensure acceptance finally at Pratt. Even initial financial transactio​ns from my family in Barbados were carried from that address as shown as welI, that culminated in the acceptance letter dated SEPTEMBER 11, 1980, also shown. The Schedule from my initial semester as well as my summer semester Course Catalog & the approval letter from the Government of Barbados, which finally came through, dated May 22, 1981 is also depicted.

A CHAPTER CLOSED ON A “RELATIONSHIP” OF SORTS

This post supplements Social Networking & Relationships but deserves a posting of its own FOR THE RECORD. Since my follow-up action was taken to close my personal/biz Facebook account to truly make a personal statement about the subject matter, credited with providing the impetus for this Blog; I have received the (assuming) customary email indicating that I could return at any time to pick up where I left off. (The previous occasion I was informed in writing (also shown below) about returning to pursue an activity, it was done with “tongue in cheek”). However, that is not going to happen because its impossible for this Entity to change its operational model, and returning with the current emphasis as discussed would be comparable to “stomping” all over, a position advocated. I offer my previous position describing “Thoughts About Relocation” modified for this scenario, included below, in response:

Once the door has been closed to any activity,

I will not be caught again in that sensitivity.

For those who think that hiding behind my communication,

Is the avenue to achieve evolution;

Success will evade you in this dilution.

And for those who willingly chose co-dependency,

This Post is my way of personally, openly offering an apology to the Secretary for the offer transmitted on July 15, 2011 as conveyed via the Conservery Enhanced News Computer Printout of 7/9/2011, copy below. This is in NO way intended to be a reflection on the skills of this Highly Reliable, and uniquely qualified lady; but reflecting over the past few months made it clear that this action on my part was in a “gray” area with regards to my Proprietorship’s Operating Guidelines for remaining impartial with regards to any action that could be taken out of context & convey political leaning, especially with my unique immigration status. Granted the Office of Secretary of State is non-political, however, the Offer transmitted could be misinterpreted and be taken out of context to appear more inclusive than was intended & this is the fine line, which made it necessary for me to take action and withdraw the Offer (as indicated in the Link) & thanks for understanding.

This File shows identity switching/alteration over many years, now realized by CONNECTING...THE...DOTS as follows: 1) my Reapplication for my missing Social Security # & how my replacement card in my full legal name was the beginning of my identity alteration in 1991, 2) when the attempt was finally made to correct this name format by my letter of 1/26/2005 to the HHS, it was intercepted after being mailed and altered as the response received (on 2/17/2005) in the name of a "fictional James B. Brazant" (shown below)

indicates, (that had first been a misprint in requested business cards (shown in Connecticut, in 1988) now given “life” @ the Federal level, @ my expense), 3) the State of Iowa then followed up and recognized this individual as being legitimate with communication to this address with correspondence received on 5/11/2005, and to add insult to injury a local Attorney's office then inserted this “fictional" individual's name into my financial affairs by communicating to me in the name of this character to place it into the credit system fraudulently in correspondence dated 1/11/2006 even thought the Signature Card shows that this name does NOT exist, 4) this systematic ID alteration that had been on-going also shows a fraudulent credit rejection for the motor home (see below) purchased in 1997

with a rejection mailed to this address in the name of another fictional individual Jim F. Branzant on 11/21/97,  but this allowed these ID THIEVES to issue the loan in my professional name Jim Brazant (another questionable action, which a Bank Official informed later was fraudulent) & efforts were initiated to address this to no avail because you really discover how Corporations cover their tracks (see an example of institutional financial cover-up below). The motor home was later stolen and turned into the local RV Dealer (Lasso E) to allow these ID impostors to gain credibility in their "virtual identities". These impostors have many supporters with deep pockets, because the RV was removed from this property under the guise of legitimate activity, 5) this second fictional surname form was recently subtly used on the distribution of my current divorce proceedings shown dated 10/27/2011 to keep this identity switching on-going even today at the County Courthouse; and 6) a copy of the communication from the State of Vermont (see below) closing the investigation due to circumstances, (which are still being played out today

that I believe is the basis for the ID switching I am still being faced with even today). The scenario involved a then senior VP of a local financial institution, Mr. Alan Wing who refused to meet with me after seeing me even though the appointment had been set up by the local University of Vermont Extension Officer and he was overheard telling the Receptionist of the meeting. Rather than have an "inept" Officer of the then Community National Bank accept responsibility for his/their action, they have spent the past twenty-two (22) years first searching for and then altering/switching identities to try to pretend either that either I should have never been in the Bank in the first place or that it was never me, even though the State applicable Office indicated that I could return anytime and open up the case, how cynical. THE INCRIMINATING ACTION IN MY OPINION WAS THE DISCOVERY OF THE MISPRINT ON THE BUSINESS CARD, which was being set up only as a means of providing long-term financial support for the NOT-FOR-PROFIT venture THE LIGHTHOUSE PROJECT CORPORATION (legal structure shown below). This is an indication that some Entity with something in dire need of covering-up, was intently searching for anything to aid in that process and they found it on a "MISPRINT" for requested business cards for NORTHEASTERN STRUCTURES and it was seized upon and systematically brought to life.
