ADDENDUM TO REMAINING NEUTRAL UNTIL ALL THE FACTS (FROM BOTH SIDES) ARE EVALUATED - UUPDATED

This post is being updated to include details about my Position in Environmental Qualification described in the description from the SPECIAL PURPOSE page included below under the subtopic ADDENDUM TO MY POSITION ON SPECIAL DAYS.

Honda, please do not take sides in a matter that you do NOT fully understand based on what entities/organizations/individuals “with an agenda told you, no matter their status”, just keep an open mind, when the below communication was made available to your Organization

All I am asking you to do is think, irrespective of what you were told by others, [how could I an individual without the support of those multi conglomerate entities with deep pockets and the agenda you may not fully understand be in possession of my historical information that others are now claiming as their own (behind my back) after I was hired, worked for ten (10) years cleaning up their files in an area in, which the same Entity who courted you Organization’s support was fined #50,000.00 twice in the late 1980s to early the early 1990s and then laid me off when their objective was achieved – their files cleaned and at the time unknown to me, identity transfer enacted], regardless of the elevations/awards they may give your vehicles (with an expectation of quid pro quo support because I took the time to communicate with you Country historically beginning in 2007, and before that with the State of Hawaii beginning in 1999, check with your embassy in DC and the State even though others were busy taking credit for all the activities that were carried out at the time, which I did not understand at that time, see the below photos). ADDENDUM TO MY POSITION ON SPECIAL DAYS
My position as indicated in the subject was not a secret, even in my workplace, which could be a challenge if not handled with diplomacy. For example, a few years after being promoted to the position of EQ Group Leader, in 1994, my carefully worded position was handled in the manner shown in the Email to a notable cast of characters (see Email to the group of executives on the chosen list of 12/27/1994 included below).

To digress, EQ is an abbreviation for Environmental Qualification (described above), which was a direct outcome of the aftermath of the 3-Mile Island disaster. Its purpose is to ensure that electrical equipment required to function during (postulated)accident conditions could operate to mitigate the accident conditions as required. I was hired for this position because the Company (see hiring details summary included below). 
had been fined twice in the late 1980’s/1990 to the tune of $50,000.00/fine, due to ineffective compliance. I was hired into that role in 1991 as a Design Engineer (N5), was promoted to N6 after my first evaluation after six (6) months and later to Group Leader of a dedicated EQ Group in 1992. I became the Plant contact person for EQ all the years I remained with the Company until the time of my layoff in 2002. However, it was left in a far better shape than I found it in 1991, such that previously hidden critical details important for Licensing were adequately address during my tenure. They were researched, brought to light and left in such a manner that anyone could pick up the Program and carry it on, (which is ultimately what management wanted, instead of having to pay an engineer’s salary to an individual to maintain it.)

Even after the 1994 “reorganization” by the Mr. John Franz, which eliminated the EQ Group, my position on such days did not change as the 1998 Email to the Admin Secretary of December 18, 1998 indicates (shown in top insert). As pointed out in my Posting on this subject of January 28, 2012, EVEN THOUGH IT (MY POSITION), HAS BEEN MODIFIED SOMEWHAT; I DO MAINTAIN THE GENERAL REASONING FOR THIS POSITION (ON SPECIAL DAYS) AS DESCRIBED EARLIER.

"Virtuals" and their "Society" are counting on that in a bad economy and these types having funds to invest all over the County with their fictitious identities in almost every other small business that starts up, that political types won't have the courage to do anything about them, especially when examples are made of those who try to do anything that "rocks the boat"; such as Danielle attempting to play mediator between my siblings I. The "Society" needs us to remain divided because the frauds can hide and my involvement might mess-up their identity-switching scheme.

Mr. Franz was hired in my opinion based on my assessment of the developments that took place, to place inaccurate information about me in my files (basically, his job was to state behind my back in my files that he found me unqualified even though he knew this to be false) to put it bluntly, by using deception as his basis and for, which he was "rewarded" handsomely and would justify my eventual lay off. Those developments mentioned include: 1) subtle harassment as documented in the post ONE TOO MANY "COINCIDENCES" - THE FINALE UPDATED! (link on comments Page), 2) my demotion from Group Leader under the guise of a plant reorganization in 1994 for, which he was given a 100% performance assessment (as the annual report with financial details about Officers of the Company documented), 3) Mr. Franz's deception employed the use of the Emergency Preparedness Process to personally target me with some task not typically carried out and basing his prejudged outcome on me taking the time to check and ensure that information conveyed by me was the appropriate information 9because I was aware of his purpose), 4) my eventual lay off after refusing to participate in an obviously fraudulent "efficiency" plant wide program, which targeted my area (Program Engineering) and in, which I was expected to reapply for the same position I was carrying out unassisted for years, 5), the plant wide efficiency program was ended once applied to my Area only, and 6) networking everywhere applications were carried out afterwards while searching for part time employment initially after being laid off to permit focusing on my Proprietorship's activities to make sure that the same inaccurate information Franz was hired to initiate was illegally spread (or when contacted for employment verification), and/or placing others in the organizations contacted based on your application thus making you appear to be an "impostor" and the impostors legitimate, ensuring that hiring in anything resembling your background does not occur again and implement identity switching, as intended.

If others are claiming the same exact history as another individual, those perpetrating this hoax have to find a way to disparage the individual from whom the qualifications are being pilfered, and that is why this Pennsylvania Plant Manager (with the Control Room sleepers and whose Plant was closed by regulators for an extended time as a result, was hired as Nuclear V.P., just months after I was because no "credible" individual would attempt such a sham). Once he carried out his function, then those lying in wait felt free to carry out their intended identify transfer plan, in order that others could walk away with easily obtained, history, qualifications, identity and accomplishments after the needed work was all done in the preceding ten (10) years and the files cleaned up of course!
