Brazant who now lived elsewhere was the "real" Owner). Propane was eventually obtainedelsewhere, from Walters Lumber Company through (approximately 2009).
Horizon, the Entity in question "followed" our propane purchasing activity andpurchased Walters Lumber Company. The reason for drawing this conclusion was due to the same old account number being reinstituted even after many years had elapsed after closing the account (originally established in 1992). Well why was there suchinsistency, to implement the old account number, etc? If the unique telephonenumber is examined, 6437, the infamous number 37 turns up again “propping up” asecond “virtual” impostor associated with the number 64 and fictitiously connectingthis bi-professional impostor to this property through propane historical accountrecords alteration/manipulation again (see HOW TO IMPLEMENT IDENTITY THEFT AND LEGITIMIZE FRAUD - UPDATED). THIS ACCOUNT WAS AGAIN CLOSED AND PROPANE IS NOWOBTAINED FROM A DIFFERENT ORGANIZATION COMPLETELY, (RIVER VALLEY COOP), WHICH I SUSPECT HORIZON ISMEDDLING IN ALSO (IN THE BACKGROUND FROM A DISTANCE BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZE AND INFLUENCE).

If the Instructions for IRS’s Form1040 for tax year 2011 alone are examined for a random number, and if forexample the number 37 is chosen and a search is carried out of this document,it will reveal that this number is used a total of 233 times in theseInstructions. This includes all variations of the number including where: it’sused at the beginning (ex. 37…); it is included in a number (ex. ...37...), isat the end of a number (ex. …37) and the 77 instances where variations areincluded in the Tax Tables. Since Decision-Makers included every number used inthe Tax Code, these 233 instances (HIDDEN IN THE TAX CODE) are also being classified as other events.

This posting is being expanded to include the events surrounding the current financial crisis and other events considered noteworthy. This monthly theme for February’s Conservery calendar series was highlighted because there is a definite difference between the two even though subtle on occasion, but clearly recognizable, when naturally occurring developments take place compared to orchestrated enactments. The following selected descriptions should provide some additional clarity:

The current financial crisis with its well-timed “meltdown” that peaked during the 2008 presidential primary/election contests cycle would in my estimation be considered an other event for its timing concurrent with the previously mention contests. My reasons for drawing this conclusion are as follows: All those with knowledge of investment, banking and insurance tools/practices were well aware that 1) Credit Default Swaps (CDSs) were as sound an investment mechanism as was the investment“frenzy” surrounding the “dot.com” bubble of the 1990s. This fact is based on the principle that you cannot guarantee large institutions they will all be insured against losses should the large portfolios of subprime mortgages in their possession collapse. In effect, the largest such insurer and others to a lesser extent, did not have the financial mechanism to meet their insured obligations that all became due at the same time and a “bailout” was required. This is in reality what took place. These “bailout’ funds were then used to payout to the large institutions with the “foresight” to purchase such insurance against losses in the subprime market, their claims against the“crippled” insurer. 2) Once Lehman Brothers brokerage was allowed to fail even though other institutions such as Bear Sterns and others were “propped-up”, the domino effect that “just so happened to land” in the midst of the 2008 election cycle was an event waiting to occur. The question of the day is, did this “well known” calamity waiting to happen change the outcome of the 2008 election? MY OPINION IS PROBABLY, BUT THEN AGAIN, I AM ONLY AN “ON-THE-SIDELINES OBSERVER”.
Why does it appear as if musical mailing locations are the order of the day with the Federal Tax Returns filing locations that switch between St. Louis, MO and Fresno, CA for Iowa filers? All the years I worked at the Palo plant here in IA and even after, the filing location has always been St. Louis, MO. However, those years when I am unable to file due to the set criteria, the filing location seem to be in Fresno, CA as it was last year 2011 for 2010 Tax Returns. This year, the filing location is switched back to St. Louis, MO from CA (see below). Since

these changes are mandated, with the high bar set for classifying coincidences, the routine switching of the Tax Filing locations between St. Louis and Fresno, CA are being considered other events.

True coincidences are rear developments and I do not have many examples I care to share in this context, except as previously stated (see COINCIDENCES AND OTHER THINGS - UPDATED) so it make no sense why the tax filing location is routinely switched, which seem to coincide with filing versus non-filing years.
These occurrences as described in the linked posting are examples of“real” coincidences in a society when too many events are orchestrated (pseudo) events to provide legitimacy for “virtual” impostors. COULD IT BE THAT THESE "ROUTINE" TAX FILING LOCATION CHANGES ARE PERHAPS AIDING "VIRTUAL" IMPOSTORS IN ABSCONDING WITH THEIR ILL-GOTTEN GAINS AND "LEGITIMATELY" FILING RETURNS IN THEIR FICTITIOUS IDENTITIES WITH THE SUPPORT OF ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS MANTA (see below)?

Above is a clear example of fraud being condoned by questionable entities who blatantly disregard repeated requests while permitting impostors to utilize resources giving the appearance as if connected to my Proprietorship and sending the emailing to my email address to give the air of legitimacy. Summarizing the main concern associated with a“virtual identity”, namely, it requires all details to work out exactly forthose finding themselves in such positions to “pull it off”. For example, youcannot use my parents’ identities just because their birth years IN BARBADOS(NOT THE USA) allow “identity dodgers” and others impostors to maskthemselves behind this information to justify their legitimacy (see How "Virtual" Identities are Sustained). Suchmisuses require the impostors to use only the information that suites themwhile ignoring the critical facts, namely that my parents married older(as previously documented), neither of them had offspring outside theirmarriage and their first child; a stillbirth wasn’t until circa 1947followed by sister June who was born in June, 1949 my brother Paul in December1950 and I in December 1952. FURTHERMORE, THEY HAD NO OTHER OFFSPRING AND THESEEVENTS TOOK PLACE IN BARBADOS. How do you provide a “Bi-Professional Homewrecker” credentials in a country to, which she has been transplanted? First, select an individual who was considered so inconsequential that his identity/accomplishments were “negotiated” away in a “quid pro quo” arrangement-√; second, make sure that the individual who was primarily involved with his education financing, such as the transmission of his finances is “on-board” –his sister & the “Homewrecker” did her part as the “ready made” Link in the initial linked Post above describes-√; third, ensure that his employer lays him off, & alter his records to indicate that he turned out be incompetent. To implement this long-range plan an incompetent individual was hired by others & placed in my Group and the competent individual who was hired by me was switched into a different group. This incompetent individual, hired approximately 12-months after me, was kept attached to me ("at the Hip") for the duration of the time I remained with this employer at that Plant and when I was laid off so was he. This Plant then proceeded to switch personnel records to complete their portion and started their “stealth whispering campaign” after laying me off implying that I was unqualified once my “glorious” past employer “stabbed” me in my back after spending ten years cleaning up their “dirty-work”. For this "Oscar" worthy performance, the CEO was rewarded with placement on the board of directors of GMAC (no wonder in went bankrupt), Carnegie-Mellon bank/Institute, BP (which also has a disastrous track record), Union Pacific railroad and then this disaster-prone “fraud” was installed as Chancellor of the Georgia University System-√. Four, create pseudo events to provide her with a “fictitious” family ancestral history in the USA, such as grave site burials incorrectly carried out/unmarked graves etc.-√ Five, get a corporate sponsor to invest funds in such a manner as to try to connect the “Bi-Professional Homewrecker” to my school accomplishments. Enter, Willis Insurance CO. of England (the “Homewrecker’s” real birthplace) to conveniently take over Sears Tower & rent exactly 140,000 ft² of space to attempt to connect her to 8263 140th Avenue, Olin, IA and through other avenues make donations to Pratt in such a way as to elicit assistance in providing this impostor with “virtual credentials” masked behind my attendance there -√, and six give her a birthday associated with unethical practices at my former workplace to ensure that the backdated letter was given credibility as being legitimate (see insert below). TRYING TO REPLACE A CAGE DOOR AFTER THE BIRD HAS FLOWN THE CAGE - UPDATED

This link to the story VIRGINIA TO REQUIRE ABORTION-SEEKERS TO GET ULTRASOUND describes an ultrasound requirement currently being proposed in Virginia for those seeking abortions. This posting has been updated and at the same time is purposely refraining from addressing the very complicated social issues associated with unwanted advances that result in need for seeking an abortion, because to attempt to address such would in my opinion put me in violation with my procedural Guidelines. All I will venture to state from this point-of-view of this subject is that specialized after-the-fact counseling/parental tests could be advocated in such scenarios to assist those coping with the broader parental/other implications of these circumstances. Policy-makers and others would have to fill in the “blank test page” being suggested here.
The other side of this issue is the “fairness”aspect and a mandatory parental test to be carried out at a certain gradelevel, would serve the purpose of exposing even potential perpetrators to thiscritical parental training, hopefully at an early enough stage to help withthis inclination. This is just a suggestion, and policy implementation detailsare not my focus to avoid violating my Guidelines. Those with such an interestcan follow-up as appropriate.
As a rule, I refrain from treading into political policy, to avoid violating my Proprietorship’s Guidelines on such matters (see CONSERVERY INDEPENDENT POLITICAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK/GUARANTEE POLICY SUMMARIZED AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS). However, since there is a noticeable “fairness” aspect to the specific social issue, I will attempt to walk a fine line and view this from the fairness aspect rather than from the much broader social policy “quicksand” issues involved. To be fair, requiring an individual seeking an abortion procedure to seek an ultrasound is only dealing as usual with only one aspect of a matter, which is multi-faceted and ultimately turns out to be a bad approach to solving any issue. To be fair and more successful, social issues should be addressed from all their sides but this is much more complicated to implement. One avenue that comes to mind is a pre-parental test for all, which is an approach that would be a better and fairer method of addressing this issue.
Without getting into the social policy of how to implement it, but only focusing on the fairness point-of-view, it is clear to see that such an approach would require both parties to contemplate the ramifications of their actions. Just the ability to be a parent only is not all that’s required for such a demanding role (statistics do support
this position, however, this is an entirely different subject that is not being addressed here).
In conclusion, all that can be stated is that there are altogether too many societal problems (see A PECULIAR COMPLEXITY OF SOME RELATIONSHIPS for a limated example of such concerns) that can be traced back to this matter of questionable parental responsibility for unfair solutions (that can be abused); and lead to other unintended consequences to, add one-sided band aid approaches to such issues. BROAD SOLUTIONS ADDRESSING ALL SIDES OF AN ISSUE IS ALWAYS A FAIRER APPROACH TO ANY SOCIAL ISSUE.

The following description should provide some clarity:

For example, the fact that personal documents placed in storage in Connecticut in 1989 just prior to the time of relocating to Vermont, which were never recovered (see NON-EXISTENT SOCIAL ETHICS IN A SOCIETY RUN BY "VIRTUALS" - UPDATED") and the subsequent mangling of my identity that took place, fall into the category of other events simply because no two individuals can have the exact same history. In my opinion, it is now clear that these documents were deliberately removed, (for the purpose of identity switching by all those parties either directly or indirectly providing "support" in concert with the "virtual" impostors).
The fact that the mysterious demise of the Locust tree, located then on the east and slightly southerly section of the property here at 8263 140^th Avenue, which occurred on June 13^th2000 (see Conservery Inception section on the CONSERVERY PROPRIETORSHIP page), during the usual time at, which my (now) estranged spouse and children routinely picked me up on a daily basis from my then place of employment, occurred around the time of a scheduled campaign event by the sitting Vice President of the USA in Cedar Rapids, IA that required attendees to be prescreened for social security nos. etc., fall, also in the other eventscategory. The day of the week on, which my three (3) children were born either, falls on Saturday or Tuesday. The two adult offspring were both born on Saturday and the youngest on Tuesday. Coincidentally, these days of the week also fall on the days of the week on, which either their mother or I was born. For the two adults, those dates 10/15/83 and 2/13/88 both fall on Saturday, as was their mother; while the youngest falling on 1/28/97 was on Tuesday, the same as the day of the week on, which I was born.
These occurrences as described above are examples of“real” coincidences in a society when too many events are orchestrated (pseudo) events to provide legitimacy for “virtual” impostors. As a rule, I refrain from treading into politicalpolicy, to avoid violating my Proprietorship’s Guidelines on such matters (see CONSERVERY INDEPENDENT POLITICAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK/GUARANTEE POLICY SUMMARIZED AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS).However, since there is a noticeable “fairness” aspect to the specific socialissue, I will attempt to walk a fine line and view this from the fairnessaspect rather than from the much broader social policy “quicksand” issues involved. To be fair,requiring an individual seeking an abortion procedure to seek an ultrasound isonly dealing as usual with only one aspect of a matter, which is multi-facetedand ultimately turns out to be a bad approach to solving any issue. To be fairand more successful, social issues should be addressed from all their sides butthis is much more complicated to implement. One avenue that comes to mind is a pre-parentaltest for all, which is an approach that would be a better and fairer method ofaddressing this issue.

pointed out from the outset that it is always better in the long run to go“cold-turkey”, but most individuals are not able to go this route for onereason or another. While the “cold turkey” road is initially more difficult, itwill be more rewarding over time. However,this path if chosen requires much understanding and support from those in yourenvironment.
Most individuals on the other hand choose a less initially traumatic, butmore painful approach to overcoming such events (that’s why nicotine patches were introduced), to feed theaddiction by lesser and lesser amounts on an on-going basis, to eventually help “break-free” fromsuch bonds. This is a question I have been going over, because it would tell us a great deal about the operations of this socially accepted network of impostors. Where do you go to have taxes prepared and be assured that they will be filed and accepted if you are a fraud with a “virtual’identity? Some unnamed company is making a “mint” assisting these individuals maintain and keep their illicitly obtained IDs. Those in this social network of“virtual” impostors must be aware of, which organization to go too, to assist them in the filing of their “virtual” taxes just as all companies (before the accounting fiasco of previous years), were well aware that Arthur Andersen was the go to accounting firm for preparing “virtual” (or questionable) accounting records. This unnamed organization could “pull this off” if it was part of much larger conglomerate that had its “fingers” in all aspects of the day-to-day business activities (ex. Insurance, food distribution, building supplies/building, furniture, entertainment, real estate, banking & even a railroad to name a few), used by individuals routinely so that their “virtual”identities would continually be accepted by this “reputable” organization and in return this ensures them a sense of legitimacy to be accepted by others. Could it be that a company with a name that sounds like “CHaR Lock”, which is part of a much larger entity with a name that sound like Slothshire Bathaway (see insert below) is the organization assisting known impostors maintain “virtual” identities and raking in the (not so) “virtual dough” in the process?

Before answering that question, I just want to take thetime to mention for those who may have wondered why I never chose to become anaturalize citizen and after the allotted time set out after becoming apermanent resident (circa 1990’s before relocating to Iowa) this process was examined. · You cannot tell bythe “crests” they display, because they are chameleons and can becomeanything desired to gain their objective.

· It is not possibleto tell by the extras that support them, because these individuals maythemselves be “virtual” impostors.

HOW ARE MEMBERS OF THIS “VIRTUAL” SOCIETY ABLE TO “LEGALLY” FILE TAX RETURNS?

This is a question I have been going over, because itwould tell us a great deal about the operations of this socially acceptednetwork of impostors. Where do you go to have taxes prepared and be assuredthat they will be filed and accepted if you are a fraud with a “virtual’identity? Some unnamed company is making a “mint” assisting these individualsmaintain and keep their illicitly obtained IDs. Those in this social network of“virtual” impostors must be aware of, which organization to go too, to assistthem in the filing of their “virtual” taxes just as all companies (before theaccounting fiasco of previous years), were well aware that Arthur Andersen wasthe go to accounting firm for preparing “virtual” (or questionable) accountingrecords. This unnamed organization could “pull this off” if it was part of muchlarger conglomerate that had its “fingers” in all aspects of the day-to-daybusiness activities (ex. Insurance, food distribution, buildingsupplies/building, furniture, entertainment, real estate, banking & even arailroad to name a few), used by individuals routinely so that their “virtual”identities would continually be accepted by this “reputable” organization and inreturn this ensures them a sense of legitimacy to be accepted by others. Couldit be that a company with a name that sounds like “CHaR Lock”, which is part ofa much larger entity with a name that sound like Slothshire Bathaway (see insert below) is theorganization assisting known impostors maintain “virtual” identities and rakingin the (not so) “virtual dough” in the process?

COMPANIONSHIP – A PERSONAL VIEWPOINT

This was intended to befollow-up comment to “What Really Is Love”, but the content necessitated thatit be a stand-alone posting. With that backdrop, what are the importantqualities to look for in a prospective companion? I cannot speak for everyoneas the title suggests, but for myself personally, the following qualities standout:

A special (or unique) person, but how is special uniquely defined. The developments in my life that resulted in drawing this conclusion began in a small town in Barbados in the early 1960’s. These events eventually resulting in my traveling to the USA on study leave on March 2, 1978 to further my studies. The pivotal event for me was the decision of my late mother to oppose the expansion of our family grocery business (see A Tribute To My Late Mother). That decision: 1) eventually led to the closure of the business and 2) ultimately to my decision to further my studies in the USA (approximately 3000 miles away). Finding a companion was not a priority but completing my studies instead with limited outside distractions. I was well on my way to achieving this objective until my junior semester at Pratt, when (it just so happened that I had the heaviest course load I had ever attempted – 19 credits), and the results are depicted in grades obtained, they were disastrous (see Attendance Grades below).

How we deal with difficulties really is a true test of our personality traits and recognizing that I was at a crossroads and that a major re-examination was needed, resulted in: 1) recognizing what I had allowed to distract me from my main goal, 2) the elimination of the distraction, and 3) buckling down, and salvaging the Semester. (I refer to those grades as the scars, which remind me what can take place when your eyes are taken off the immediate goal). Having learned from this costly Lesson, (see A Virtual Society for comparison of courses taken from School memorabilia with above Transcript) I completed my senior year in the fall of 1981 as planned, (after going through summer school), and achieving just about the same grade point as in my freshman semester. Plans rarely go according to how we envision them to, but for me, I am concluding that the individual who shares my vision, and objectives and who was over 3000 miles away from my birthplace, such that the devlopments, which led to our paths crossing are clearly recognizable; and are typified by the following coincidences, a speific Numbered Check (see ARBITRARY ACTION, OR IS IT? ) and a shared Rose in our lives of sorts as well as a close familial name (see A TRIBUTE TO MY LATE MOTHER). These developments are what in my opinion, makes this highly reliable individual, a uniqeuly special (lady) indeed.

Someone who has traditional values, but still willing to take worthwhile risks even if it requires a major overhaul.

An individual who has remarkable professional accomplishments.

Finally, the person must be unpretentious and not afraid to reveal appropriate glimpses of her thought-processes as warranted, when the need exists, in spite of the opinions of others.

THESE FOUR (4) QUALITIES ARE WHAT WORKS FOR ME, ANDWHILE EVERY SITUATION IS UNIQUE, IN MY OPINION THEY ARE THE BUILDING BLOCKS ON,WHICH THE OTHER BONDS CAN DEVELOP AND GROW.

“VIRTUAL” TIT-FOR-TAT

To be fair, this phase of“tit-for-tat” scenarios did not start with the former Colonial Powershipping off an unwanted issue off their shores. Involving me (including myidentity), into their “virtual” pseudo world of impostors, who don’t care aboutthe consequences of their actions and who in turn, have offspring withwhosoever they choose but then ravage the lives of others to “create” the airof legitimacy for their alter ego mistakes, is what I take issue with, beause it impacted me. Probably, it goes back even furtherthan is being documented here, but for the current-day pattern; follow thisrhyme to determine who committed the crime.

Once there was a ‘hazel” nut farmer,

Whoalso became “Commandanter”,
Buthe had political aspirations that were bigger.
Helater went on to travel “thir-tee-nine” places in one step,
Anddiscovered a prize that included a Georgian, which could not be kept.
Turnsout, this hard working ethics teacher also had a “hush…hush” living situation,
Thathad been placed in a “virtual” pattern across the pond for graduation.
This“situation”, like his father before him was elected to high office,
Butin a foreign land where the number “ten” comes with much notice.
Likehis father before him, he had a weakness for a certain “sketcher”,
Andwas snagged by a bi-professional home-wrecker.

If individuals with higher office aspirations want to takeliberties, then the lives of others should not be treated as collateral damageto cover-up their philandering behavior, in their “virtual” society created to deal withsuch issues. WHAT REALLY IS LOVE?

After discussing the subject of relationships for sometime and their different aspects, this subject matter appears to be a natural progression. Admittedly, this is truly a complicated subject, which I do not want to do injustice to. However, after pondering, I decided to approach it from the point of view of what it is not, in alphabetical format:

Love is not adolescent-like in its treatment of another (adult) respected individual.
Love is not belligerent!
Love cannot be condescending to another respected individual!
Love is not dictatorial, as you can neither force another to really love you, nor is it possible to fall in and out of love with another as a popular song implied; it’s a farce where a respected individual is involved.
Love is not empirical only, because experiences can be completely skewed.
Love is never fanatical because when the euphoria wears off, failure is the only course open. Furthermore, just think of what such actions do to the emotions of another respected person.
Love is not gluttonous, the old saying, “too much of anything is not good”, does have some merit, especially if your tendency is to be self-centered and not respectful.
Love cannot be hateful to another loved/respected person!
Love should not be inconsistent, this is just confusing to he other person.
Love should not be judgmental of a respected individual, because it’s impossible to know another person’s experiences.
Love does not kiss and tell when another loved/respected individual is involved!
Love does not lecture another respected individual!
Love is not meager involving another respected individual (and not necessarily relating to possessions).
Love is not nasty to another!
Love is not oppressive!
Love is not parasitical to another respected individual, such that the demonstrated actions can be classified as “leech-like”.
Love doesn’t always seek to be the quarterback; it will eventually lead to alienation.
Love isn’t resentful of the other’s achievements and/or actively impedes their ability to achieve.
Love does not stalk another respected individual.
Love isn’t tactless when another respected individual is involved!
Love isn’t unfair!
Love doesn’t demonstrate vindictiveness to a respected individual.
Love is not wicked when to another respected individual.
Love does not x-ray another’s actions to be critical and/or convey a sense of incompetence where respect is involved.
Love isn’t yucky to another loved/respected individual.
Love should not have to resort to zingers to gain the “upper hand”, when a respected individual is involved.

In conclusion, all that can be said in my opinion is that love and respect appear to go hand-in-hand. If disrespectful behavior is demonstrated how can “love” be fostered and since none of us are perfect, what happens when we falter? A BETTER DESCRIPTION, WOULD BE TO DESCRIBE WHAT IS NEEDED BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS IS COMPANIONSHIP, RATHER THAN WHAT IS TYPICALLY DESCRIBED AS “LOVE”; BECAUSE IF THE “RIGHT” COMPANION IS FOUND THE OTHER PIECES WILL FALL INTO PLACE.

THE ABSOLUTE MONARCHY REVISITED

In our society, if timeis taken to examine its structure, it can be honestly stated the in some casesconditions have come full circle (360 degrees) and we are confronted withcorporations today that “act” in a manner similar to the days when the Foundersof the USA fought against to gain independence. At that time, the mantra, whichbrought everything to a head was “no taxation without representation”, however,today when corporations and other entities have their “virtual” society ofindividuals who are rotated amongst the various companies in a closed circle of“executives”, thereby ensuring that the status quo will be maintained; theslogan should be “operations without virtual conventions”. In reality, thismeans that those companies, which exist by relying on: “virtual” executives,“virtual” salaries (not really paid), “virtual” profits and as a result,“virtual” accounting should be made to cease functioning. Inaddition, for those organizations that fall into this categsory, their “true”operations and their resulting income is not readily transparent (see Electronic Networking Records Fraud On A Significant Scale). Furthermore,the practices condoned by these entities that are “above the law”, mirrorsthose activities carried out by the “Absolute Monarchy” of Colonial times. Whena Company hires you, and then the Organization switches your identity, dividesit up amongst its impostors in their “virtual” world, and you are “imprisonedfinancially”, the activities of Colonial times (when the undesirables were transportedto the Colonies), are truly the rule of the day.
These entities are never caught because they havebecome arrogant and act with impunity (see On Going Cover-Up Of Misrepresentation/Fraud and Its Symptoms) and either: 1) replaceindividuals with other “virtual” individuals, or 2) merge into a larger entitybecoming even more powerful and “out of reach”, as well as 3) reinventthemselves in other ways, such as becoming a “different company” either bychange of name or by switching products sold. I AM HAVING DIFFICULTYDISTINGUISHING BETWEEN THE OPERATIONS OF THE "VIRTUAL" CORPORATIONS OF TODAY’S SOCIETY AND THOSE OF THE ABSOLUTE MONARCHY OF COLONIAL TIMES BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW UNFAIR THE TAXES WERE, THE MONARCHY OF THAT DAY NEVER ADMITTED TO MAKING A MISTAKE; NEITHER DOES THE "VIRTUAL" ENTITIES OF TODAY, IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY LAWS ARE BROKEN/CRUSHED ALONG THE WAY, UP TO AND INCLUDING, MAIL FRAUD, INFORMATION/MONEY ORDER/CHECK SWITCHING, ETC. TO PROVE LEGITIMACY.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF LABELS AND NUMBERS IN TODAY’S “VIRTUAL” SOCIETY

If you are an impostorwith a “virtual” identity, external numbers and labels are extremelyimportant, because this is your main claim to your borrowed history and selectivepast. The carefully selected superficial trappings with, which you surroundyourself are intended to convey a sense of legitimacy, how else would theseimpostors be able to pass themselves off as “originals”? In a sense, “virtual”types are forced to “live” or surround themselves in the present with evidencethat is supposed to enable them to “associate” with the history that does notreally belong to them.
Labels are very importantto “virtual” types, as previously mentioned because without such they would notbe able to assume the “virtual” identities selected for themselves. How do yougo about obtaining such labels as “virtual” impostors? Well, if you areinfluential enough to be able to obtain resources at will (see Electronic Networking Records Fraud on a Signiicant Scale), to be usedfor obtaining quid pro quo favors in exchange for funneling these funds to the“right” campaign coffers, then you might be fortunate enough to maintain thetype of “social” network needed to keep your alter ego established by havingestablishments in the vicinity of and surrounding your “enclave’ named (or renamed) for theobvious reasons. Therefore, it would not surprise me to find labels such asthese here in the various communities surrounding that of the identity dodgerin his “virtual” tailor-made world, as follows: “Stonegate Homes”, “WildwoodApartments”, “Sycamore Apartments” and “Pratt …Corp” just to mention a few.This is one of the avenues used by a “virtual” impostor to assign him/her(self)their desired history, literally hanging it around their “necks”, for all tosee, how else would anyone know its theirs?
Numbers are also animportant part of the borrowed history used by these impostors and to theaverage individual (or “lay” person to describe someone not a part of the“virtual” society), the numbers may seem unimportant but to the “virtual” impostors,numbers used have very significant meanings. They are intended to convey toothers in their world, that the “status quo” is to be maintained, (whether ornot this means harassment, identity switching, intimidation, bribingindividuals (to obtain political and other) favors to maintain their ‘virtual”identities, cover-up either generally and/or specifically and using a Disaster Prone Window Dresser (see Explanation of a Disaster-Prone Window-Dressing Person) to keep propping up two (2) well known international imposters, including a "Bi-Professional Homewrecker" (see See On-Going Cover-up of Misrepresentation/Fraud an Its Symptoms and Comments).For me, if I were assigning numbers to the various categories, the followingwould be assigned respectively: 28, 57 and 64/45 (bearing in mind that thenumbers can be assigned to more than one of the listed categories).
In addition to the above, taking a look at theassigned property numbers “carefully”

used here in this community surrounding my current residence, it would not be surprising to find snippetsfrom my history "hanging out” in the surrounding numbers. I do not needconstant reminders of my past (ex; 82, 76, 52, 14, 91 as well as 89, 89 for the two years I resided in VT); but obviously an identity dodger (pretending in his "virtual" identity that he previously resided at my current address, see mailing below) and someothers do, in their “virtual” identities. HOW DOES THE “VIRTUAL” SOCIETY REACT WHEN YOUR DECISIONS EXCLUDE THEM?

What happens when youmake relocation decisions that effect those who chose to live in their“virtual” lives, in hiding (in their dual identities) and whom are inpossession of the type of sophisticated equipment that can “wipe out”electronic data from computerized equipment; who also did not realize that bychoosing such an existence that “imprisons” them to every decision theindividual whom they are hiding behind makes, (see The Dangers of Living with Co-Dependent "Virtual" Indentities)? Well they react BYCUTTING OFF YOUR PHONE SERVICE, to prove to you how powerful they are; thatthey are in position to render your communication equipment unworkable at will.

Why would these individuals be surprised that at mychoosing to make a decision on relocation, which excludes them, because theyare imprisoned in existences they chose, in order to obtain an easy lifewithout the actual difficulties involved but want to give the appearance ofhaving achieved your successes? This Just goes to show, how intricatelyconnected those in our(their) “virtual” society controlled world are, becausethey want me to know that they are displeased with my decision-making. They didnot include me in their decisions when deciding to take up residence behind myidentity, so why should I in turn make decisions that include them. I have nointention of including “virtual” impostors and their supporters in myrelocation decisions.

ELECTRONIC NETWORKING RECORDS FRAUD ON A SIGNIFICANT SCALE

Can you image theconsequences of what took place with the removal of records from, my emailfolders? They were ‘wiped” clean of any trace of the applicable records (see Another Reason for Excluding Locations From Consideration... ).At approximately 1:00 pm on 1/7/2012, the Stone Canyon Ranch email records werespecifically reviewed and upon checking back an hour or so later, the recordshad become “ghosts”. The consequences of the availability of such equipment inthe hands of “virtual” thieves and their Supporters are quite chilling.

For example, suchequipment if applied to bank files could be used to “wipe” various accountrecords clean, stealing from the institutions and leaving them on the “hook” tocover-up their escapades. How could such actions be carried out in today’ssocial networking society, especially with “new” financial institutionsregulations (Dodd-Frank) in place since the “Meltdown”? Well, suppose this“virtual” society network is so firmly entrenched, especially among seniorexecutives at various institutions (including Financial types); then theinstitutions would be forced to cover-up these losses rather than threaten theexposure of such high level impostors in their executive ranks. In my opinion,it would appear that there is no coincidence that the financial meltdownoccurred, because individuals with access to such equipment during such ascenario (of confusion), would be able to abscond with “billions” thattaxpayers were “left holding the bag” for.

These individuals alwaysappear to have funds to keep up their advertising regimen, to give the appearance of legitimateactivity. Who would suspect them of being thugs, robbers, violent crimeperpetrators, etc., when they are always advertising as if carrying outlegitimate activity? The point to remember is, these individuals with“virtual” identities do not in reality have any legitimate skills, becausetheir backgrounds are borrowed, so in reality, how are they really acquiringresources, it only stands to reason, that it must be from illegal activity, andTHIS IS WHY THE CREDIBLE BACKGROUNDS OF OTHERS ARE REALLY NEEDED. Thatis why the backers of this “virtual” society provide these individuals withtheir “virtual” identities, because in turn they benefit financially from theseimpostors who have to constantly spend their ill-gotten resources “to purchase”the cloak” of legitimacy. IN REALITY NO ONE OUTSIDE OF THE “VIRTUAL” SOCIETYREALLY KNOW HOW THESE IMPOSTORS ACQUIRE RESOURCES.

ANOTHER REASON FOR EXCLUDING LOCATIONS FROM CONSIDERATION BY THE PROPRIETORSHIP

I like to think that I ama person of my word, and when I stated that I give individual(s)/location(s) thebenefit of the doubt, especially if they have never interacted with me and/or some priorexperience render the location unworkable. However, earlier today whenemail communication I had with the Stone Canyon Ranch location Reps. with whom Icommunicated around 12/15/2011 was literally removed from one of my emailfolders (ostensible by those with the type of on-line equipment that enablesthem to defraud others in an effort to maintain their “virtual” identities, byusing every trick in the book to demonstrate legitimacy), that was the limit for me. I am the type ofindividual, who (as stated previously keep records), so this print-outdocuments the time when the indicated Rep. communicated with me, which was thenfollowed up by email communication from the contact individual, whose name is shown on the print-out.

ONE PECULIAR COMPLEXITY OF SOME RELATIONSHIPS

What do you do when youdiscover that you’re in a relationship with an individual who from a functionalviewpoint has: an engaging personality, might even be smart enough to be(Rhodes Scholar material), a successful career (enough to be a CEO, attorney orother professional), but from a relationship point-of-view, is the emotionalequivalent of a juvenile? These are extreme types whom you are NOT going tofind out their deficiency unless you have been in a long-term marriage or othersimilar relationship with such an individual, again demonstrating thecomplexities of relationships.
These personality-typesare physically draining and having “latched” onto someone who fulfills theiremotional needs, they are impossible to get rid of. They can and do makeyour life miserable because they are fully aware that not too manyindividuals will put up with their obsessive personalities (nor do they allowmany into their lives to the extent to enable them to discover such“flaws”). They are very manipulative and are always trying to dowhatever it takes to achieve their objectives, regardless of who gets intheir path. These personality-types are very devious to the point of ruiningyour career (and/or self-esteem if you allow it), if it takes such actions tobring about their scheme’s objective. Personally, I refer to them as“latchers”, because they will cling onto you regardless of what their obsessionwith you does to you in the process as in their estimation, if theycannot have you (to satisfy either their “mama’s boy or daddy’s girl”complexes that are at the “root case” of their issues), no one else can.You have to be mindful of their (“background”) manipulation ofthe events connected with you and anyone else in your life they perceive as arival. You always have to be mindful of the fact that they know yourpersonality very well, even publicly pretending to be a gracious looser if itwill help them achieve their ultimate objective, because whatever, you are tryingto achieve is “fair game” for them.
So how do you deal with this scenario? At this point,proceeding forward with your own objectives is the best course of action evenif everything isn’t aligned exactly as desired, as long as you are reasonablysure that your ultimate “paradigm shift” is in sight, (remembering that all“latchers” need is to become the primary object of your attention, evenif it is negative because it detracts you from your own goals). WHATEVER YOUDO, NEVER PLAY ON THEIR TURF, AS SUCCESS IS UNACHIEVABLE AND YOU WILL PROBABLYEND UP BECOMING FRUSTRATED, GIVING THEM MORE OPPORTUNITY TO MANIPULATE “ANY OFTHE EVENTS IN YOUR LIFE”.

SUMMARY OF HIDDEN DANGERS/UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES AND OTHER ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH HAVING “VIRTUAL" IDENTITIES

Summarizing the mainconcern associated with a “virtual identity”, namely, it requires all detailsto work out exactly for those finding themselves in such positions to “pull itoff”. For example, 1) you cannot use my parents’ identities just because theirbirth years IN BARBADOS (NOT THE USA) allow “identity dodgers”and others to mask themselves behind this information to justify theirlegitimacy see (How "Virtual" Identities are Sustained). Such misuses require the impostors to use only theinformation that suites them while ignoring the critical facts, namely that myparents married older (as previously documented), neither of them hadoffspring outside their marriage and their first child; a stillbirthwasn’t until circa 1947 and ALL THESE EVENTS TOOK PLACE IN BARBADOS.2) The Northeastern Structures’ existence cannot be used to assistthose with “virtual” identities parade themselves off as small business ownershere in the Midwest and elsewhere, while ignoring the existenceof The Lighthouse Project Corporation, (LPC), see (Hidden Dangers of... "Virtual" Identities), which is more difficult toexplain away because of its main functioning place (THE “HEART” OF INNERCITY OF NEW HAVEN, CT), when in reality, one justifies the other. In otherwords, the reason for the Northeastern Structures’ existence was to provide ameans of long-term financial support for the not-for-profit LPC. That is why,when my association with the LPC ended, so did any interest in NortheasternStructures. 3) Finally, the cooperation of an estranged spouse in keeping upappearances that benefit the impostor’ existence. For example, anotherAmerican Community Survey was delivered to this address on 12/31/2011 similar toJanuary of 2007. I would not even be aware of what occurred had not thisfollow-up card been delivered on 1/4/2012.

All of the scenariosdescribed require deception, by relying of bits and pieces of selected borrowedhistory (or information) while ignoring the factual details that are moredifficult to explain and hoping that repetitive advertising will make “ghosts”of the details being ignored to make it “go away” in an effort to convey the appearance oflegitimacy with their “virtual” identities.

THE HIDDEN DANGERS OF HAVING A "VIRTUAL" IDENTITY

When the decision is madeto live in this fashion, you constantly have to be looking over your shouldertrying to cover-up you true past by one method or another. Such desperateattempts can include, blackmail, perjury, bribing, intimidation or violence to“make sure” everyone has the same “story”, especially if those in certainpositions want to keep working in those positions. However, those who choosethis lifestyle have no problem using these methods to repay those to whom theyare indebted. The following is a historical synopsis, using a cross-section ofevents to demonstrate factual developments, that those with their assumedidentities cannot be a part of without “burying some other incriminatingevidence”.

1. When I applied for the current Federal EmployerIdentification Number (EIN) for Conservery, I first had to make sure that anypreviously assigned number was not still valid since these numbers stay withyou. Recognizing that I previously had applied for such a number for NortheasternStructures while in Connecticut, (established to provide long-term financialsupport for the not-for-profit, The Lighthouse Project Corporation (LPC). Since Northeastern Structures had beenloosely established as a partnership, between my estranged Spouse and I, it(the EIN obtained on 11/21/1988, shown below), could not be used. A different number was obtained for Conservery (see Conservery Page).

2. As previously stated on this Blog, in this Post (How Virtual Identities are Sustained) it was established that various personal documents were never recovered on relocating to Vermont fromConnecticut, and efforts were implemented to replace them (and all still have not been obtained); indicating that the removal of the original documents was a deliberate act (especially since a virtual community of impostors have surfaced claiming to have the exact same history as I, but who are citizens of the USA. (with their Supporters backing them).

3. After relocating to Iowa in 1991, my initialresidence was 2040 Glass Road, Cedar Rapids, IA, Apartment #111. Below is a copy of theOriginal Lease Application of 5/24/1991 for my initial residence as well asthe initial Application for electric service to be turned on, on 6/7/1991when I arrived for my 6/10/1991 start date (Letter Below). HOW “VIRTUAL” IDENTITIES ARE SUSTAINED

How are those whose veryexistences are completely based on the “virtual” society able to exist inmaintaining their double lives? This posting provides the answers you wereawaiting, as follows: 1) with the backing of individual(s) who either outwardlyconvey “strong” ethical standards and/or a few whose business or themselveshave gained “fairly well known reputations historically, 2) by exploitingand/or magnifying minute details, 3) with the support of “family” members,spouses and others with any connection to the main/central individual being“shafted”, 4) in exchange for their cooperation either blackmail and/or sometype of inducement is used to obtain their support to essentially “sell-out” theperson involved, 5) covering up and/or replacement of any connected individualspreviously associated with the individual recent past is carried asappropriate, 6) constant advertising is needed/required for authenticity (ifthey are carrying on a business of their own) and by businesses who areknowingly supporting these individuals in their “virtual” identities (becausethey do not have any history and/or foundation on their own) and 7) the strong(financial and/or other) support of the political process is required to ensurethat the “right” candidates are elected (TYPICALLY THOSE WITH CHARACTER/TRACK RECORD "FLAWS" AND/OR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN DISCARDED BY OTHERS), for the obvious reasons.

Without these tenets, itwould be impossible for those with “virtual identities" to maintain them.Likewise those whose financial “empires” are based on supporting this “virtual”world would not otherwise be able to achieving the “successes” they constantlyremind us of.

Specific Examples:

In my case, theconsequences of having identical legal names shared with my father is what was manipulated. Even though the youngest, I was named after myfather, (James Francis Brazant, which one “identity dodger” is very likely Texploitingand trying to imply that he was named after my Dad as firstborn because of hisadvance years without recognizing that my Father had NO offspring before hismarriage to my mother as he was saving his funds to return and marry her aspromised (see A TRIBUTE TO MY LATE MOTHER! and ANOTHER UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCE OF HAVING A "VIRTUAL" IDENTITY).
To digress, maybe my Father’sreason for naming me after him lies in the fact that he was grooming me to takeover the family business and the exact name would have made the successioneasier, and it would have happened but for my Mother’s decision not to expandat a critical point. I was the only one he took on his periodic trips to ordersupplies from wholesalers at every available opportunity, whom I also gotbecome familiar with as a result. Their (my parents) first child (a stillbirth was not untilcirca 1947).
However, to differentiate between us, my middle name was“unofficially” (but familiarly) used as my usual first name. Therefore, it isnot unusual to find communication to me either in my “unofficial” first nameespecially where family members are involved. That practice continued evenafter entering the USA in 1978 to further my studies (recognizing that most ofmy documents from Barbados were sent and/or initiated in my “unofficial” firstname), and since my legal first name was used in my activities, to compensate;I used my full legal name (or included my middle initial as is now done), since I only occasionally did previously.

I have learned from my experiences not to take developments for granted especially coincidences. Therefore, when I was delayed at my then place of employment on the morning of January 24, 2001, (the day prior to the scheduled trip to Trinidad), where I had stopped by to visit; only leaves me to question the subsequent events that occurred. ANOTHER UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCE OF HAVING A "VIRTUAL" IDENTITY

There are those who either aren’t aware of all the details associated with identity mangling or don’t care that everything comes with unintended consequences. For example, the individuals using their “virtual identities” in my family name, thinking that just because my Mother and Father had birth years of a certain period, being approximately three years (3) apart and just around or prior to World War 1 (WW1); assumed them to be their parents without realizing that my parents married older because he went off to “seek his fortune” as mentioned in the Tribute (to my Mother) and she waited for his return. Neither of them had offspring outside their marriage, even though my father’s ancestry included this practice. Therefore those (seventy somethings and others) hiding behind my parents identities because off their birth years should remember that we are not all alike and have to make choices that determine our direction in life. This is another of the dangers of assuming “virtual” identities; all the various scenarios have the potential to “pop up” and expose your fakery and the usual practice of spending ill-gotten finances (in assumed identities), cannot cover-up the facts you are always attempting to bury.

and done today instead of on the traditional Mother’s Day and that would not have surprised her in the least). The purpose of this Post is to take a snapshot of a few moments in time to show how her decisions either influenced or altered my life in one way or another.

She was born Ina Elise Sobers on September 13, 1913, into a male dominated family as she was the only girl with about four (4) brothers (Chris, Edgar, Hillary & Oliver). She married late in life as she awaited my father’s return who had promised to marry her on his return from abroad, “seeking his fortune” (so to speak). My father (the late James Francis Brazant) too was unique in his own way, because he kept his promised word after traveling to the US & Panama sometimes working in various labor encampments. As I would hear from one individual who had traveled with him who would always inform me at every opportunity how my Dad would remain in the camp when all the others would be out on week-ends having a “good” time (including the individual who informed me at every chance); my Father would remain and read he stated (because he was saving his money for a specific purpose). While my Dad never talked a great deal about the encampments, he spoke often of his work at Botany 500. On returning home to Barbados, he married my Mother as promised, bought our family residence and opened the family grocery store on a portion of the lower level. My mother operated the store, later with my evening, weekday and weekend assistance. All three (3) of their living children were born at that Chapel Street, St. Peter, Barbados residence. The oldest child, a girl, was a stillbirth, (probably due to her over-exertion during the early years of establishing the store). Maybe this is what led my Dad & Mom to ensure that she had the able assistance of a “nanny”, Rose who was around for as long as I can remember, being the youngest and assisted with everything such that she was like a member of the family.

Once the store was established my Dad wanted to expand the store at its location next to the Methodist church & build a new family residence elsewhere and turn the entire location into a supermarket. Knowing my mother, he even took the initiative and purchased the lot as an inducement, but she adamantly refused to move & he later had to sell that lot but bought another where she cultivated her garden that she kept busy at long after the store closed. If it could be planted, my mother grew it. That decision by my Mother not to relocate probably set the course for my life’s decisions, because had he expanded as he wanted, I do not believe that I would have left later to pursue my educational advancement. I believe that I would have ended up operating it instead of closing it later due to disinterest by anyone as we were all working. Later, however, my brother would become a full-time student to pursue his undergraduate studies in the sciences at Cave Hill in Barbados & I would follow-suit years later (in the US).

My Mother’s reasoning for not relocating (bless her heart) was that in a supermarket arrangement, she would loose control of the day-to-day management, (while my Father carried out the behind the scenes activities needed to maintain operations & she was not counting on his assistance); He would pass away in 1971. The other event that comes to mind about my late Mother (who herself passed away on September 29, 1991, approximately 3 months after relocating to Iowa); was an incident, which she thought defined me as an individual but, which she kept and shared years after its occurrence. The occasion was the first visit of a Jumbo Jet to the then Seawell International airport on the island (circa 1975). As a Customs Officer I was stationed at the Airport on shift duty and one Sunday on my day off I decided to take my mother and a friend of hers, Sylvia Yearwood to see the plane. We lived on the northwest side of the island, St. Peter and the airport is on the southeast side and while traveling with other vehicles routinely overtaking us in a dash to see the plane, she finally said, Fran, look everyone is passing us by, I replied, “let them go, we will get there”. My Mother & her friend thought that was such a character defining moment that she would repeat it years later & I would never forget it.

This brief snapshot is intended to show how defining moments help shape our characters (especially if you have chosen to live your own life and not the “virtual” life of another). My mother’s decisions did alter and/or define the person I am today and that is my tribute to her, may she rest in peace.

This posting was intended to be a comment to THOUGHTS ABOUT DECISIONS AND BUSINESS DIRECTION but the included links and the subject matter required that it be stand-alone Post. For those who don’t understand how reconciliation works, please take note:

Weeks before the Optimization plan was implemented at my former pIace of employment, the DAEC, Palo, nuclear plant, a salary incremental plan was rolled out, which showed that my salary would have been averaging approximately $70,000.00 annually (that is in 2001/02 dollars).
The indicated Optimization Plan that was implemented shortly after the "Roll-Out" and targeted me (in my opinion, shown below), because even though it was documented as being carried out Departmental-wide it was curtailed after targeting the (Program) Section where I worked only.
This Organization (the Operators/Owners) of the DAEC, proceeded to “imprison” me financially and implement an identity-switching plan (that had been in progress for some time), as their means to achieve it.
Without taking inflation, bonuses, (which I never accepted, example shown below) into account, the approximate 9.75 years I was “wrongfully-terminated” (or Optimized) is worth approximately $70,000.00 x 9.75 = $682,500.00 - $44,000.00 (the approximate “amount received" as part of their Lay-off Package), = $638,500.00, in addition to a letter of explanation with wording agreeable to both parties.

That is what it would take for me to even consider working with anyone associated with my former place of employment (or to level the playing field so to speak). That is reconciliation and it brings no guarantees that any form of cooperation will occur, only that I will consider it.

Apart from that, NOTHING will give their “virtual” impostors legitimacy in my Proprietorship, including attempting to hide behind: 1) my “personal” - choices to give the appearance of politicization, 2) my estranged spouse's identity as being born a Brazant instead of being a Brazant by marriage, in an attempt to use education to subtly connect and 3) manipulating members of my “family” including any of my adult children.

AN UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCE OF HAVING A “VIRTUAL” IDENTITY

How can a female 76+ year-old imposter hide behind the identity of an individual approximately 16 years younger in her "virtual" identity, in such a manner that it impacts my activities?
Answer:
When she is supposed to be the "spouse" of a former State Governor who was also a Board Member of Alliant Energy & she herself was (or is) a Board Member of the Financial Institution at, which a Joint Account was opened in 1993 that remained open until it was closed by the Bank in 2005, along with other Conservery accounts. That Financial Institution merged into Ohmward Bank, approximately a few years after. (See if you can ID the individual in this link from among this Institution's listing of Directors shown below as well as other accounts detail). This is one of the underlying reasons why my divorce proceedings was going in circles and had to be rescued, because in her known identity she is still supposed to be "married" to a former Governor. Therefore how can she in her “virtual” identity experience divorce (from me)? This is clearly one of the dangers those with “virtual” identities can expect to face when choosing to borrow another’s identity/“qualifications” to make up for what’s lacking in theirs; the unforeseen unanticipated consequences of an individual connecting...the…dots to bring clarity to continuous unanswered questions and confusion.

This File depicts the Institution at, which Joint and Biz accounts were held from 1993 & 2004 respectively until 2005, when all were closed by this Financial Institution for non-existent reasons, later it became apparent why.

When those in charge of various entities want to flaunt & apparently convey to the individual they are infringing upon (in this instance me), that their "virtual" impostors, hiding behind my identity are to accepted by me as legitimate (as others are doing; in this post that was intended to be a comment to The Absence of Social Ethics in Today's Business Environment, but deserves a posting of its own). They did this by sending me communication in this manner (shown in the file below), implying that two (2) James Brazant's live at my address. It is obvious why this is being done, because I am the only James (F.) Brazant who ever lived at this address, so they are attempting to capitalize on my residence since 1992 while trying at the same time to provide legitimacy to their "virtual" impostors by hiding behind my existence.

I took this opportunity to tweet (included below), the organization on 11/23/2011 informing them that only one (1) James Brazant lives at this address, while requesting that my name & address be removed from their mailing list.

The Dish Network organization appears to have individuals associated with it who have either been misinformed or are of the opinion that the matter of identity switching/manipulating is so humorous that it is worth documenting in useless mailings. I hope that they are correctly informed that only ONE James Brazant EVER LIVED AT THE ADDRESS USED (8263 140th Ave, Olin, IA 52320-7708), & my middle initial is “F”. – 11/23/2011

To the future, not the past. I don't listen to gossip, but believe individuals should be given the opportunity if I so choose; sometimes this point-of-view works & on others, it does not!

A FRESH START – NOT LOOKING BACK

I will not go down that road again,

To place myself in a situation to cause me pain,

In different ways, for the benefit of anyone’s gain.

Relationships are complicated enough,

Without seeking any lady who knows only too well how to bluff.

Including anyone who also feign wishes;

Only for the purpose of bringing about stitches,

And to cover-up involvement,

In a complex compartment.

So this is adieu, for something that never was intended,

Because experience has thought me that “virtual” relationships are not to be befriended.

P.S. – My Reason

Remember, exacting your “pound of flesh” can be costly,

Even if you have valid reasons to be dastardly.

It can also imprison you to a lonely life,

And constant strife;

Especially if you choose to maintain a certain “label”,

Without, which no other individual can truly become able.

Remember the lesson from my situation,

From those who imprisoned me in a financial station.

A “VIRTUAL” SOCIETY

Is today's society "virtual" or not? Follow the details in this Posting & answer the question at the conclusion. How many of those in positions of authority/high profile can actuaIly point to memorabilia from their school years? In these days when qualifications and even identities can be borrowed from others (who are treated with contempt for sounding the alarm), how many of those in leadership positions can actually point to memorabilia from their years at school, which is actually theirs & not "doctored"? In doing a search of old videos, I discovered this vintage video of the Secretary from her days at Wellesley (shown below with the caption, "HR(C) 1969 Commencement Speech"). How many others can point to such memorabilia? In my opinion, there appears to be a "cottage industry" of "high profile" individuals who only have "virtual qualifications", that is, obtained without attending school themselves, but who are provided with qualifications belonging to others, (alive or deceased) in exchange for total loyalty. I stumbled unto this scenario because of the identity-related issues encountered as documented in postings, “IDENTITY SWITCHING OVER YEARS COMPACTED FOR THE RECORD” & MISREPRESENTATION/FRAUD ON/OFF LINE – A SYMPTOM OF “WEB” ADVANCES.
In describing “memorabilia” I am NOT referring to degrees, which can be “purchased” for the right price/contribution. Instead I am referring the supporting data to back-up qualifications “earned”. These individuals who have questionable qualifications in this subculture are in turn placed in very high profile positions to avoid “exposure”, because in such positions you can be assured of protection and support from others who achieve this level of attainment, (who may also have suspect qualifications, so in effect “they are circling wagons” to protect each other). In addition, these individuals are given every available award under the sun and/or are placed on “volumes” of corporate boards to cover up theirs or another’s failings, whom they may be protecting (in the case of the “window dresser” who is protecting impostors & other corporate questionable ethical activity).
Personally, I can point to memorabilia from my years at school [SHOWN BELOW IN (2) FILES], first at TCI and then my transfer to Pratt Institute from 1978 through 1981, but maybe I am an exception because of my record-keeping habit. My credit requirements were completed in three (3) years because of the manner in, which they were carried out including attending summer school. I am personally aware of one “identity dodger” who was given Ellis Island & Horatio Algee awards towards the end of the 20^th century & who subtly mentioned in an article that he also achieved his degree in electrical engineering in three (3) years & after this the merger finally was worked out. I wonder whose degree he was using to “pad” his qualifications with (because I do not believe in coincidences)? My other concern with these “virtual leaders" is since they are impostors, who receives their documented salaries/bonuses, because the corporations do NOT have to pay these frauds, making this a “windfall” for the organizations to keep these reportedly “high” salaries/bonuses. It’s a system worth protecting, at any lengths. Is our “virtual” society more believable, what do you think? If this Blog does nothing more than expose this “underground” (or cottage) industry in “virtual” qualifications then my experiences would have been worth it.

Memorabilia From My Years of Attendance At TCI & Pratt Institute From 1978 - 1981.

This file contains additional memorabilia from my school attendance, which documented my transitional address 2425 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, (this was the address of my senior Lecturer, the late Mr. Abelew who encouraged me to complete my undergraduate studies & remain at his & his adopted Jamaican daughter’s weekday residence if needed to convince my family in Barbados that it was worth the effort so I did.) It was there that applications were made at Brooklyn Polytechnic @ Pratt & where all applicable arrangements were carried out to ensure acceptance finally at Pratt. Even initial financial transactions from my family in Barbados were carried from that address as shown as welI, that culminated in the acceptance letter dated SEPTEMBER 11, 1980, also shown. The Schedule from my initial semester as well as my summer semester Course Catalog & the approval letter from the Government of Barbados, which finally came through, dated May 22, 1981 is also depicted.

A CHAPTER CLOSED ON A “RELATIONSHIP” OF SORTS

This post supplements Social Networking & Relationships but deserves a posting of its own FOR THE RECORD. Since my follow-up action was taken to close my personal/biz Facebook account to truly make a personal statement about the subject matter, credited with providing the impetus for this Blog; I have received the (assuming) customary email indicating that I could return at any time to pick up where I left off. (The previous occasion I was informed in writing (also shown below) about returning to pursue an activity, it was done with “tongue in cheek”). However, that is not going to happen because its impossible for this Entity to change its operational model, and returning with the current emphasis as discussed would be comparable to “stomping” all over, a position advocated. I offer my previous position describing “Thoughts About Relocation” modified for this scenario, included below, in response:

This is in NO way intended to be a reflection on the skills of this Highly Reliable, and uniquely qualified lady; but reflecting over the past few months made it clear that this action on my part was in a “gray” area with regards to my Proprietorship’s Operating Guidelines for remaining impartial with regards to any action that could be taken out of context & convey political leaning, especially with my unique immigration status.
